Should be avoided as the facilities are not a 3 star standard in my opinion.
Location, the bus stop is right outside the hotel.
Booked as a 3 star hotel but was a disappointment, there are better hotels in the area which I later discovered on Jalan Besar road, Closer to train station and shops/restaurants. The room was small, mattress very old and uncomfortable, bed sheets are very old and not changed during my visit, not exactly as pictured in the listing.

You get what you pay for in Singapore
Check in and check out was very easy and staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a kettle and fridge on the room.
The mattress was old and made for a very poor sleep. There was an overwhelming smell of sewage from the bathroom whenever you turned on the tap or flushed the toilet. Window overlooked a wall so room very dark. Holes in bedsheets and our room 305 was opposite a very dodgy emergency exit sign that buzzed so loudly that it could be heard from the bedroom all night. It was fine for what was paid but wouldn’t stay there again.

Functional stay, survived. Nothing horrible, but nothing great either
It was easy access to a couple of MRT stations.
It's pretty run down, Not quite sure what makes it a 3 stars property. I guess in the Singaporean market that's what cheap 3* looks like...

Would not recommend
Aircon was strong. Toiletries placed in cute bag on bed with towels. Front desk staff was ok.
Entrance was ambiguous: there was a sign but the main doors do not-labeled The Noble Hotel. Likely to be a collaboration or buy over but have not fully rebranded. Toilet had poor ventilation so it had a musty smell and retains any smell left after doing business. Window faced a wall that was about 70cm away which was good for privacy but does nothing much other than that. TV, despite having a few cable channels, had “dead” lines on screen. Pillows were uncomfortable: my boyfriend and I had stiff neck the day after. We also both felt an unexplainable sense of discomfort (mine was particularly strong and caused insomnia) in the hotel and had bad headaches but felt better after leaving the hotel. Can’t quite explain that. Likely can get better rooms and sleep elsewhere. Towels and toilet paper are really thin. Had better at other budget hotels so would likely stay away from this chain for now.
